When will my order ship?
Because we have such a large in-stock inventory, we are able to ship 90% of orders within 24 business hours, (holidays and weekends excluded), pending credit card verification.Please note that expedited shipping methods do not decrease order processing time.

Conditions for Returns
Prior to returning any purchased item, you are requested to contact our Sales staff with details of your request. Please be aware of the following terms and conditions:- Returned items purchased within 30 days may be eligible for refund, less 15% of the original purchase price, excluding shipping
- Opened software items are non-returnable
- Opened consumables such as pvc cards, proximity cards, printer ribbons and cleaning kits are non-returnable
- All Custom Made item sales are final
