With Datacard® ID Works® Visitor Manager software, you can enroll visitors with their government-issued credentials and produce secure ID cards quickly and cost-effectively. At check-in, visitors present a driver’s license, passport or other credential. ID Works Visitor Manager software scans it and produces a secure ID card in seconds.

• Lower costs, easier operation. IDWorks Visitor Manager software streamlines registration, saving time, minimizing errors and reducing costs. It also makes the process easier to manage. The software creates a database of visitor photos and demographics, which can be retrieved easily to produce IDs for repeat visitors. It scans cards at check-in and check-out to create a log of visitor activity. Plus, it compares visitor names to a list of barred entrants, fl agging any matches or similar names.
• Easy pre-registration. To speed enrollment for large groups, IDWorks Visitor Manager software allows you to register visitors’ names in advance, then complete the process as each visitor’s credential is scanned upon arrival.
• Enhanced functionality.With this release of IDWorks Visitor Manager software, you can download new card templates over the Web as soon as they are available. Plus, the software automatically detects the state and country of scanned credentials, which eliminates another step in the issuance process.
