Fargo 82137 UltraCard magnetic stripe cards are made of a composite PVC-PET material that is more durable than standard PVC cards, which make them great for applications where they will be used frequently or used in extreme environments. They are also perfect for use in regular direct-to-card printers because of their durable construction and material.

The Fargo 82137 UltraCard features a high coercivity (HiCo) magnetic stripe. HiCo magnetic stripes are ideal for high use applications such as access control because they are able to withstand magnetic interference better than their low coercivity counterparts. High coercivity cards store their information more securely then low coercivity because of the higher magnetic energy required to encode them or erase them.

A printer magnetic encoding capabilities is needed to utilize the magnetic stripe feature of this card. Fargo 82137 composite magnetic stripe cards are graphic quality and are available in boxes of 500 cards.
