Fargo 84813 YMCKH ribbons consist of yellow (Y), magenta (M) and cyan (C) panels for printing full color card images onto the surface of blank ID cards. The black (K) resin panel is used for printing crisp text and sharp barcodes. The 84813 ribbon also includes Heat Seal (H) panel, which is specially designed to help HDP films adhere to cards with uneven surfaces, such as smart cards and older technology cards.

The Fargo 84813 ribbon is compatible with the HDP8500 series of card printers, and must be used in conjunction with HDP film for HDP8500 printers.
