This powerful card personalization software's networking capabilities allow it to be installed on different workstations. The 86434 Site License makes this possible by offering one serial number per license, for up to 5 installations. Documentation for a master license for Asure ID Exchange 7.0 is required when ordering.

Asure ID Exchange uses tabbed navigation for quick and efficient card design and data entry processing. It incorporates a Microsoft Office-inspired toolbar for enhanced user-experience and productivity. Implementing a WYSIWYG (what-you-see-is-what-you-get) display helps designers make sure that all ID elements are correct prior to printing.

Student Photo CD support.
This optional add-on can be purchased separately. Once installed, educational institutions can take advantage of Asure ID's capabilities and use their own database, tables, and records to populate ID card data fields.

Standard and custom reports.
Exchange includes custom report creation, allowing users to sort, group, and filter data to deliver acurate demographics.

Extensive database support.
Microsoft Access 2000 and 2002 are natively supported. Importing and exporting data for different editions of Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and Oracle is avaialble via Live Link™.
