Asure ID Exchange comes with a "ribbon" bar that is familiar to most Microsoft Office users. Along with tabbed navigation, these interface features help users quickly perform card design processes and enter cardholder data. Pop-out control palettes for card element objects are in place, only appearing when needed. The software's WYSIWYG display ensures design changes are rendered on-screen in real-time, preventing mistakes and inaccuracies from being included when actually printing cards.

Educational institutions that use SASI (Schools Administrative Student Information) compliant databases can purchase this add-on that allows using their records to populate ID fields and take advantage of Asure ID's powerful customization features.
