Our Shipping Policy
We are happy to ship to customers outside of the U.S. and Canada, as long as a bank transfer is completed before shipping. Contact us at 1-800-667-1772 or firstname.lastname@example.org for more details. All international orders are FOB shipping point.
We strive to ship our completed orders on the same day an order is received (Monday to Friday by 13:00 PST). Orders received after 13:00 or outside of business hours will be shipped the following business day. If you're in a hurry, we offer these expedited shipping options at an additional cost:

Please note that expedited shipping methods do not decrease order processing times.
Large orders (more than 10,000 units or more than 50-60 pounds) are subject to review and may not qualify for free shipping. Large orders may qualify for further discounts and may require shipping on pallets. If your online order qualifies as a bulk order, a sales representative will call you to discuss any price concessions available and further freight charges. Our Return Policy

If you have received your order within the last 30 days and have unopened items to return, you may request a refund. There may be a restocking fee of 20% for certain items. Please call a customer service representative to see if your item will be subject to this fee. If there is a 20% restocking fee your order will be refunded minus this fee.
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before you ship to us. Please contact a customer service representative at 1-800-667-1772 or email@example.com for the RMA and necessary instructions. We cannot process your return without an RMA number.
Unfortunately, we are unable to process a return for any:
- Opened consumables such as plastic cards, printer ribbons and cleaning kits
- Opened software items
- Custom printed items *
* Once you approve a proof prior to printing, the order becomes final.
Procedures and Guidelines
- Returned products must be in the original condition sent and must include original factory packaging, instructions, etc.
- Please clearly print your RMA number on the return package.
- The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, unless the return is a result of a sales error or manufacturer defect.
- Upon inspection, all refunds will be credited back to the credit card or account owner. An email confirmation will be sent to the buyer once it has been processed.
- If the item is damaged, claims must be made directly to the shipping company.
- ID Superstore reserves the right to cancel or change any return policies at any time.
Our Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange the item you have purchased, simply return the product and place a new order. Once we receive the returned item, we will ask for or credit the difference.
