1. Free product samples are available only to residents of Canada and the United States
2. Free product samples are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash
3. Any applicable duties, taxes and/or fees will be the responsibility of the requesting customer
4. ID Superstore may not be held liable for samples lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with, in any way, before they reach the recipients or after they have been released to the recipients
