We bought our printer pre-owned from a company that closed shop, and we didn't know how to configure it and what supplies to get. Good thing the support sticker on the back of the printer still had the original vendor's number and so we were able to get in touch with them. Even though we were not technically their customer, ID Superstore was very helpful and walked us through the setup process and helped us figure out which ribbon and supplies to get. They also gave us proper usage and maintenance tips and even sent a follow up email that contained a link to their learning center. We are very pleased!
