Our Return Policy

Products may be returned within 30 days of PURCHASE date for refund subject to the following conditions:
- Unused, unopened, and factory sealed
- Returns must include original packaging, boxes, instructions, accessories
- Must be shipped freight prepaid (you pay return shipping)
- 15% restocking fee will be deducted from credit note issued. No refund on shipping charges.
- No returns for software for any reason. Talk to one of our experts to make sure that you order the correct software.
- No returns for opened items like ribbons, cleaning kits, cards, custom printed or custom coded items.
- Opened printers must be pre-authorized and have been used to print less than 25 cards.
- No returns on custom ordered items e.g. spare parts.
Procedures and Guidelines
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained within 30 days of order date.
- We will provide you with a RMA # and return shipping address..
- Goods are at your risk until they are received by us.
- Freight must be prepaid. You pay the return freight.
- We must receive goods within 15 days after issuing RMA#
- Product must be "like new" in original factory sealed packaging
- Damaged merchandise will not be accepted and will be returned (you file claim with shipping company)
- Credit will be issued after inspection to original credit card used to make purchase.
DOA (dead on arrival) or otherwise defective merchandise out of packaging call us at 1-800-667-1772 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for RMA (return merchandise authorization)
Our Exchange Policy
If you would like to exchange the item you have purchased, simply return the product and place a new order. Once we receive the returned item, we will ask for or credit the difference.
