If you need help designing new school IDs, AlphaCard School ID comes with pre-designed templates that you can easily customize with your school's name, mascot, colors, and more. Or if you would prefer to design your own cards, the step-by-step design wizard makes it easy to create cards.

The software comes with a built-in database that holds an unlimited number of student, staff, visitor, volunteer, and contractor records so your school won't have to worry about keeping your data.

AlphaCard School ID Standard can also connect to an existing Microsoft Excel file, Access, or Text Database your school might already have with everyone's information. The software can also work with student and staff photos you may already have.

AlphaCard School ID supports most digital cameras, as well as a selection of digital signature pads.

System Requirements

AlphaCard School ID is compatible with all PVC card printers including Evolis, Fargo, Magicard, Zebra, and AlphaCard. AlphaCard School ID is not currently supported on Tablets or Surfaces.

AlphaCard School ID Standard comes with a single software license and can only be installed and opened on one computer at a time.

32 or 64 bit Microsoft Windows operating system (Windows 7, 8, 10), Explorer 6 or higher, Microsoft .NET framework 4.0 or higher, dual core processor, 1 GB of free internal memory (32 bit) or 2 GB of free internal memory (64 bit), 200 MB of free disk space, and an internet connection for automatic activation and online help files.
